Get a dedicated cycling coach who oversees your training, analyzes your performance, and gives you ongoing guidance and support with directions from nutrition to racing strategy. Get a pre-written training plan that suits your training hours and daily routine. Join our coaching camps to improve your bike skills and gain fitness. Personal coaching is a motivational booster and performance accelerator, which is hard to achieve through unstructured solo training. Avoid overtraining, undertraining, and self-inflicted injuries by overloading with high intensity.
Private swim coaching programs
We offer a variety of fitness programs and sports activities, including yoga, Pilates, strength training, and dance. Our experienced trainers and coaches will work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your goals and needs. We also offer nutrition coaching and wellness workshops to support your overall health and wellbeing.
Our semi-private 2:1 sessions include 2 swimmers and 1 coach in the water. They are structured in package or single session prices. Each session is scheduled for once a week in consecutive manner with the same coach, time,day and pool.
Our tri-private 3:1 sessions include 3 swimmers and 1 coach in the water. They are structured in package or single session prices. Each session is scheduled for once a week in consecutive manner with the same coach, time,day and pool.

make up policy

There are no make-up sessions for our Flex Program, and all the rules below apply to our Elite Program.

Clients may receive one (1) makeup session per package of 8, provided they give at least 24 hours written notice via email before their scheduled appointment. Late cancellations for any reason will not be honored.

A1 will offer a one-time makeup session based on availability (coach, day, and time may vary). Clients must confirm their acceptance of the makeup session slot at least 24 hours before the appointment.

If a client declines the offered makeup session for any reason, a $30 administrative fee will be deducted from the cost of the session, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If A1 does not offer a makeup session within the duration of the client’s current package, the client will receive a full refund.

If a client schedules a makeup session but later cancels for any reason, the session will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Tri-private and group packages are not eligible for makeup sessions.

A1 reserves the right to cancel makeup sessions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances (pool closures, inclement weather, coach illness). In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.

Single private sessions are scheduled with no refunds and no makeup times whatsoever.

Make-up times for semi-private sessions must be planned and agreed upon by all participants. Make-up session requests for semi-private packages are to be requested by the semi-private registrar (the person responsible for booking the package).

We have three convenient locations in Maryland and offer year-round swim instruction. Our facilities are heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit and feature multiple lanes and depths to accommodate all levels of swimmers.
