Founded in 2009 by Coach Tony and Coach Anna, A1 Sports Coaching Group has been providing professional private swim lessons and swim coaching to children, teens, and adults throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. With more than 20 years of swim coaching and swim instruction experience, we are passionate about helping swimmers of all ages and abilities become safer, more confident, and more successful in the water.

 

Our journey began with a simple mission—to provide personalized swim instruction that focuses on each swimmer's individual goals, learning style, and long-term success. Since opening as formerly Aquatic Stars and now A1 Sports Coaching Group, we have helped hundreds of swimmers learn to swim, improve their technique, prepare for swim teams, develop competitive strokes, and achieve personal milestones in the water.
